Private French Tutoring
for High Schoolers & Adults

The Alliance Française offers 6-hour packages of personalized French instruction, catering to both adults and high schoolers. For students under 15, please contact L'Ecole/French School of Raleigh.

The curriculum is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of individuals or small groups.

Depending on your proficiency level and objectives, your instructor may suggest purchasing a textbook, available from any merchant or directly from l'Alliance Française.

Private tutoring is held primarily online, with the option of in-person sessions in some cases. For sessions at your home or office, a $10 fee per round trip applies.

Regarding Private Tutoring Policies:
You can reschedule a tutoring session by directly coordinating with your instructor, provided it's done at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. However, a fee may be charged for sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.

Private tutoring is available for up to 3 students taking lessons at the same time and at the same level of French.

How do I register for Private Tutoring?

After reviewing your preferences, one of our tutors will contact you with available day and time options.

Upon reaching a consensus on the start date with your tutor, kindly proceed to register by clicking the button below.

We require a minimum purchase of 6 hours at a time.

Additionally, all students must acquire an annual membership with us - $45 regular, $30 academic or military.
The membership is free for students under 18.
