90-minute all-levels workshop
Stretch your body and your French! This welcoming 90-minute yoga workshop is taught entirely in French, so you get
the benefits of a yoga class and a language class at the same time. A basic understanding of French is preferred. No yoga experience
needed - true yoga beginners are welcome.

Join us for the screening of the movie Délicieux, a 2022 movie set in the gorgeous
scenary of le Cantal, at the dawn of the French Revolution.
The movie follows the fortunes of Pierre Manceron, a daring but proud cook who is sacked by his master the Duke of Chamfort. With a
bit of encouragement from his new apprentice, Manceron leaves behind the shackles of servitude and undertakes his own revolution.
Together, they invent a place of pleasure and sharing open to all: the first restaurant.
