Watercolors with Lynda

Celebrate the vibrant colors of the season in this creative watercolor workshop about the summer harvest!  Whether you're passionate about peaches, devoted to tomatoes (yes, they're fruit!), or simply think carrots deserve more attention, this class is for you.

Participants will create a whimsical watercolor postcard featuring the fruit or vegetable of their choice, then finish it with hand-lettered text in French or English. Your masterpiece might say Bonjour, Betterave!, Berry Nice!, or simply Eat Your Veggies! -  the choice is yours.

Instructor Lynda will guide you through watercolor techniques such as color mixing, layering, and creating lively botanical illustrations, along with tips for beautiful hand lettering. No previous experience is needed - just bring your creativity and a willingness to let your produce become the star of the show.

You'll leave with a one-of-a-kind postcard that's almost too pretty to mail... though your favorite tomato might enjoy traveling the world.
