Description:

The Level Test is ideal for learners who want a detailed understanding of their strengths, areas for improvement, and overall proficiency in French.

The test consists of 5 modules: grammar, active vocabulary, passive vocabulary, listening comprehension, and oral expression.

Important:

• Each module is timed.
  
• You may stop after completing a module and resume the test later.
  
• The final module is oral expression; a working microphone is required to complete this part of the test.
  

This test is recommended for anyone planning to take a TEF certification in order to assess if their French level meets the minimum TEF requirements in all core language skills.

Minimum levels required:
TEF IRN - B2 overall
TEF Canada / TEFAQ - B2+ in each core skill
