ITINERARY

Thu. June 18

  • Arrive in Bastia and take a private shuttle to your hotel.
  • Settle in and meet your guide for a walking tour of the city.
  • Explore the Old Port and the Saint Jean-Baptiste Church 
  • Climb the staircase to the citadel and visit the Cathedral Sainte-Marie and the nearby Oratoire Sainte-Croix.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Bastia.

Friday, June 19

  • Full-day trip to Cap Corse, the northern tip of the island.
  • Explore the village of Erbalunga.
  • Lunch in Centuri, famous for its spiny lobster fishing.
  • Visit St. Florent and take in scenic views from its Citadel.
  • Wine tasting in  Patrimonio 
  • Drive through the Col de Teghime 
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Bastia.

Sat. June 20

  • Drive through the Agriates Desert, bordered by mountains to the south and the Mediterranean Sea on the other sides.
  • Visit Sant’Antonino, a 9th-century hilltop village.
  • Lunch in Cateri.
  • Continue to Calvi for a tour of the Citadel.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Calvi.

Sunday, June 21

  • Tour of Corte, Corsica’s historic capital.
  • Ride a small train to the Citadel (built in 1419,) visit Place Gaffory, the Church of the Annunciation and the National Palace.
  • Enjoy lunch before driving through the Scala di Santa Regina.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Porto.


       

Mon. June 22

  • Boat trip to the Scandola Nature Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  • Stop in the secluded village of Girolata, reachable only by boat or on foot.
  • After lunch, visit the  village of Piana and its Calanques.
  • Return to Ajaccio for dinner and an overnight stay.


Tue. June 23

  • Guided tour of Ajaccio, birthplace of Napoleon Bonaparte.
  • Explore the 14th-century Genoese citadel.
  • After lunch, tour an essential oil distillery in Ocana
  • Visit the Jardin des Abeilles to learn about Corsica’s black bee and its renowned AOP honey.
  • Return to Ajaccio for dinner and an overnight stay.


Wed. June 24

  • Scenic drive through the Bavella region, known for dramatic landscapes, and the Bavella Needles.
  • Visit the fortified city of Sartène.
  • Lunch in Zonza.
  • Continue toward Porto-Vecchio, passing through l’Ospedale village with sweeping views of Sardinia.
  • Make a brief stop in Porto-Vecchio’s Old Town and marina.
  • Proceed to Bonifacio for dinner and an overnight stay.

Thu. June 25

  • Boat trip to the Lavezzi Islands nature preserve, enjoying striking cliffs and panoramic views of Bonifacio.
  • Ride the train up to the Citadel for lunch.
  • Explore Bonifacio with free time for shopping.
  • End the day with dinner and an overnight stay in Bonifacio.

Fri. June 26

Transfer by private shuttle to Figari Airport (FSC) for your flight home.
