Step into the sun-soaked kitchens of Provence with Chef Florence Melin from Sucre et Sel. Together,
we’ll prepare a traditional ratatouille bursting with the flavors of late-summer vegetables simmered into a rich, aromatic medley. To make
the dish even more satisfying, we’ll pair it with tender meatballs that bring a hearty twist to the Provençal classic.
Along the way, you’ll learn simple techniques for layering flavors, balancing herbs like thyme and rosemary, and transforming humble
ingredients into a dish that sings of the Mediterranean. Whether you’re a beginner or a confident cook, you’ll leave not only with new
skills but also with a delicious meal you can easily recreate at home.
The class is held in English with a little French flair thrown in for good measure. (Oui, you’ll leave knowing at least how to say bon
appétit!).
