These sisters also find themselves at war – sometimes as allies, sometimes as enemies – as they confront their greatest challenge: will their family love, and their beloved Provence, survive?

90-minute all-levels workshop
Stretch your body and your French! This welcoming 90-minute yoga workshop is taught entirely in French, so you get the benefits of a yoga class and a language class at the same time. A basic understanding of French is preferred.  No yoga experience needed - true yoga beginners are very welcome.

Umstead Park Sal's Branch Trail
Sal's Branch Trail is a 2.5 mile loop located on the northeastern side of Umstead State Park.  The trail offers a gentle stroll through pines and hardwoods, and starts at the Visitor Center. There is ample parking space in front of the Visitor Center.  Friendly dogs on a leash are welcome!

Cook with Florence

Dive into the bold, sunny flavors of Tunisian cuisine with Chef Florence from Sucre et Sel.  You will learn how to make traditional preserved lemons, a fragrant Chicken Tajine with lemons and olives, and the mysterious zhoug dressing.
