A talk with Thomas Saintourens

On this occasion, in partnership with Duke University, we have invited the author-journalist Thomas Saintourens to present his book, “Les Poilus de Harlem” (The Harlem Hellfighters), on November 13th.

A talk, Mai 68 in France and Europe

 French journalist and author Hélène Crié-Wiesner (ex-Libération) gave a talk on Tuesday May 29th to put the French "events" of Mai 68  into a broader, international perspective.


The famous French writer Pascal Bruckner was invited by our Alliance to give a talk in North Carolina. Philosopher, essayist and novelist, Pascal Bruckner has published around thirty paper, most of them reviewing the French society and culture.
